What is the minimum top-up?
The minimum account top-up is $15.00 USD. Your balance can then be used for eligible purchases.
What is the difference between a top-up and a plan?
Top-up funds and plan credits stay in your account until you spend them; neither expires. Plans provide a fixed number of credits, and one credit is used only when you purchase a generated, unwatermarked result. Larger plans offer a lower effective cost per result.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Monero (XMR).
When is my balance credited?
Balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. Do not rely on a payment page alone; wait for the provider confirmation to be processed.
My generated result has a watermark. What do I need to do?
The preview includes a watermark. Top up your account, then purchase the generated result using your balance. After the purchase is completed, you can download the result without the preview watermark.
What data does Verif Tools store?
We do not keep generated files permanently. Generated files and generation history are retained for up to 25 days. To operate and secure accounts, the service may also retain your login-key hash, account identifier, last-seen information, security/audit events, and submitted generation fields for limited operational periods.
Do you permanently store uploaded images?
No permanent archive is intended. Uploaded and generated content is processed to provide the service and is subject to temporary retention and cleanup. Keep your own copies of anything you need.
What happens if I lose my Login Key?
Your Login Key is the account credential. Store it in a password manager or another secure location. If it is lost, access may not be recoverable.
The template I need is not available. What can I do?
You can send your request to us on Telegram at @veriftools_help. Our team regularly reviews requests and works to expand the template library with useful additions.
Are refunds available?
Payments are generally final because the service provides digital content. Refunds are considered only in exceptional, verified cases or where required by applicable law. Contact support promptly with relevant transaction details.
Can I use generated content for illegal purposes?
No. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and must not use the service or generated content for fraud, impersonation, forgery, deception, bypassing verification, or other unlawful purposes. See our Terms of Service.
